Get all journal IDs if none specified

If idx is NULL then the function will attempt to select all journals.

get_journal_IDs(idx = NULL, citations)

Arguments

idx	A journal name or index. Vectorised for nearest_profile()
citations	a matrix of citations (from columns to rows) or an igraph object

Value

A vector of journal names
